The normal cost to plan and construct a new base station site can be estimated at some USD 100 000 (city) – 200 000 (rural). These sites constitute 60–70% of a mobile operator’s total system investments.
Any improvement the mobile operator can make to the base station’s performance will significantly increase its coverage area and thereby reduce the number of needed. Not only CAPEX can be reduced, but OPEX are also directly related to the number of base station sites. The return on investment in a TMB system is therefore lucrative.
Our TMB value proposition depends on the site type. Make a selection above.
